Travel Advisors are responsible for the content they generate on the Intripid platform. By creating content, you represent that:

Your content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
You understand that Intripid does not pre-screen or moderate user-generated content, and you are solely responsible for the content you create.

Intripid reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or infringes on the rights of others.

Paid Services

Creating an Intripid account is free, but accessing Travel Advisor assistance requires an active subscription. Subscription pricing is clearly stated, and subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Canceling mid-cycle will not immediately end your subscription; you can continue using the services until the end of the paid period.

For additional services provided by Travel Advisors, Intripid facilitates the collection of payment on behalf of the Travel Advisor via Stripe Connect. The funds for travel services are paid directly to the Travel Advisor, not to Intripid.

Intellectual Property

Intripid respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We reserve the right to remove content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others and to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on these rights.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to issue a warning or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Users who receive a warning are expected to correct their behavior; failure to do so may result in account termination.

Dispute Resolution

Intripid is not responsible for resolving disputes between Travelers and Travel Advisors. Our role is to provide a platform for the efficient interaction between Travelers and Travel Advisors, and we do not control or speak on behalf of these independent contractors.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Intripid provides a platform for the interaction between Travelers and Travel Advisors, and we do not directly provide travel services. We will not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from your use of our platformor your interactions with Travel Advisors. By using our platform, you agree to assume all risks associated with such interactions.
